The inspection was never the hard part.

Speak the observation

Hold the phone, say what you see, photograph it. Fieldnote transcribes the recording and attaches each image to the observation it belongs to.

Classify as you go

Each observation is marked compliant, improvement, contravention or prohibition, with the governing condition or regulation recorded against it — the EMPr and its authorisation conditions, or the health and safety specification and the Construction Regulations.

Produce the report

Photographs, findings, recommendations and a results narrative assembled into a formatted document, ready to check, sign and submit.
